By accessing or using MediaServices ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MediaServices provides automation solutions including assistant setup, configuration, integration, and ongoing support. All services are delivered digitally and remotely — no physical products are shipped.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter ($12.99/month), Pro ($18.99/month), and Business ($27.99/month). All plans include initial setup and ongoing optimization.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled
• Additional services may be offered based on custom requirements
• Final pricing for custom solutions is always agreed upon with the client before payment
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Service Delivery

Upon subscribing, our team configures your assistant based on your specific needs. You will receive access credentials and onboarding instructions. We aim to have your assistant operational typically within 24 hours of receiving all required information, depending on complexity.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MediaServices and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaServices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your subscription.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
