Refund Policy

At MediaServices, we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Within 7 days of first payment: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
Service not delivered: If we fail to configure and deliver your assistant within the agreed timeframe and you no longer wish to proceed, you are entitled to a full refund.
Service not as described: If the delivered service materially differs from what was agreed upon during the setup process, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days of the initial payment (for standard subscriptions)
- Change of mind after the service has been fully delivered and is functioning as agreed
- Failure to use the service does not constitute grounds for a refund
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
5. Custom Solutions
For custom solutions with individually agreed pricing:
- Refund terms are defined in the individual agreement signed before work begins
- Partial refunds may be issued for undelivered portions of the agreed scope
- Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement

Please include your account email, subscription plan, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe)
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
